DIY Green Juice - for you and the whole familyÂ
Spring is the perfect and natural time to stay refreshed with juice! Juicing is much simpler than you might imagine, and it can be quick too!
For just $50 of produce and (my favorite juicer, the Greenstar Elite), I was able to create enough juice for a family of 4 for an entire week. Yep!! Â
In the photo below, you are looking at 20 -16oz fresh organic green juices. That's right. If you were to buy this same juice in the store or at a juice bar, you'd spend between $140 and $200, and it may not even be organic!Â
If you're up to it, you can do this, too, for $50 and in 30 minutes (plus 10 minutes to wash and 5 minutes to clean up). You're sure to love it.Â
DIY Green Juice Recipe
8 stalks celery (whole stalks! Not just ribs)
7 green apples
1 bag baby spinach
1 head lacinato kale
1 head purple kale
