tLm Summer Vibes + Mid-Year Review

Updated: Jun 17

Dear tLm Family,

Here we are, in the middle of June. Time really does seem to fly, doesn’t it?

Speaking of flying, I’m traveling again, with my sweet family. With the boys in tow, we’re off on another adventure. As a multitasker at heart, and someone whose workout practice goes with her everywhere, I’ll be sharing with you what I’m seeing and learning in other parts of the world: at other gyms, in other cultures, connecting and talking with others, and learning about their philosophies on health and well-being and... barre.

We excel in many areas in the U.S., but our approach to women’s wellness and women’s bodies hasn’t always been at the top of the list. I don’t yet know what I’ll discover, but I'll be exploring and looking for some gems that exist in other parts of the world. I’ll be sharing with you along the way.

In the Northern Hemisphere, we’re just days away from the summer solstice, which falls on Friday, June 20, 2025. It marks the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. It’s also the final day of my Spring Into Summer Challenge. We had 43 amazing women go through the challenge with us this time around. If you missed it and wished you hadn’t, don’t worry! I’m turning the tLm Challenge into a beautiful seasonal virtual gathering that helps guide those who attend, gracefully and purposefully, from one season into the next.

The Summer to Fall Challenge begins Monday, August 11. If you’d like to be added to the early bird list, please email me at hello@thelondonmethod.net and include 'FALL' in the subject line, and you'll be added. It would be amazing to have you there!

I love the vibe of the mid-year season. It’s a great time to check in and reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going next. In today’s tLm Tuesday News, I’m doing a mini review of the highlights I’ve shared with you so far this year and offering a glimpse of what’s to come in the second half of 2025.

This is also a great time to look at your numbers and goals for the year. Whether you run a business or a household, now is the perfect moment to ask yourself: "Am I on track for my best year ever, or is it time to pivot and get back on track?" I’ve also included a few summer tunes for you below to inspire you while you reflect and create.

Doing a mid-year check-in: financially, emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually, is a powerful practice that can shape how the rest of your year unfolds. Ask yourself:

  • Do the things I’m doing and the way I’m being feel aligned, natural, and nourishing?

  • Do I feel carried by them, or am I doing all the carrying?

I’ve learned that when I’m truly aligned, I feel expansion, not contraction. Things feel light, not heavy. For some, the idea of being supported and being carried by your work may seem like an unrealistic fantasy, but I promise you, it’s not. It’s more common than you think. It happens when you’re present, aligned, and willing to ask the questions only you can answer.

This year has given me a new perspective on letting go of what’s not working and reflecting on what’s possible. I love being on this journey with you, and I’d love to hear what you’re working on in the second half of this year.

I've talked a lot about pausing, about clarity and connection. About how “togetherness is community, and community is medicine.” I've read and shared from the “Let Them Theory,” and together, we've explored how adopting a 'let them theory' mindset can ease our lives, deepen our relationships (especially with ourselves), and bring flow.

We've gathered, online and in person, for our Next Chapter Book Conversations, and I saw some of you at both BLOOM! events this year: at BLOOM! Live in February and the BLOOM! Brunch in May, where we dove in deep, shared laughs and tears, supported and championed one another, and explored what’s next and what’s possible.

We discovered that when we know ourselves more deeply, we connect more honestly with others, with the world, and with our work in the world.

This closes the loop on the first half of the year mini review, before we move into summer. I can’t think of a more beautiful invitation than to be open to the inward work that this new season offers.

May clarity continues to meet you, in life, on the mat, in the gym, and at the barre, with alignment, intention, and intuitive movement toward your heart’s desires.

June is the harvest...

  • It’s the clarity after the pause.

  • It’s the connection that follows the turn inward.

  • It’s a movement with meaning.

I hope the Song of Good Hope walks with you through everything.

Love,

Kelly
