Courtney

Courtney Abrams, originally from Fresno, CA, embarked on her ballet journey with the Central California Ballet Company. She graced the stage as "Clara" in "The Nutcracker" and later returned as a guest artist, donning the role of the Dew Drop Fairy.

In 2011, Courtney completed her dance degree at Cal State University of Long Beach. Post-graduation, she honed her craft at Alvin Ailey and Julliard Studios, earning a scholarship to the prestigious American Dance Festival (ADF) at Duke University.

Beyond her extensive dance education, Courtney is not just a dancer; she holds certifications as a personal trainer and serves as an international presenter and master trainer for Fit Bodies Inc. and The London Method. In each class, her profound passion for dance and fitness shines through every movement, creating an inspiring and invigorating experience.

While dedicated to teaching, Courtney gracefully balances her life as a devoted mom and a captivating burlesque performer, seamlessly intertwining her love for movement, teaching, and life’s vibrant expressions into the rich tapestry of her eclectic classes.
